Materials:
White yarn (MC)
Blue yarn (CC)
Stuffing
H hook (5.0 mm)
K hook (6.5 mm)
Scrap red and black yarn or other material for details

Pattern:

Head:
With CC , make magic ring.
Rnd 1: 5 sc in ring, pull tight and join (5 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc in ea sc, join  (10 sc)
Rnd 3: (sc, 2sc) x5, join (15 sc)
Switch to MC
Rnd 4: (sc 2, 2sc) x5, join (20 sc)
Switch to CC
Rnd 5: (sc 3, 2sc) x5, join (25 sc)
Rnd 6: (sc 4, 2sc) x5, join (30 sc)
Switch to MC
Rnd 7: (sc 4, fptc to row 4, sc) x6 join (36 sc)
Rnd 8-9: sc around, join (36 sc)
Rnd 10-12: sc 16, switch to CC sc 4, switch to MC sc 16, join (36 sc)
Rnd 13: sc around, join (36 sc)
Switch to CC
Rnd 14: sc around, join (36 sc)
Rnd 15: (2 sc skip next sc and fpdc to Rnd 13) x12 join (36 st)
Rnd 16-17: sc around,  join (36 sc) do not bind off

Head Base:
With CC
Rnd 1: attach yarn to the a post in round 17, slst around using the posts of row 17.(36 st)
Rnd 2: ch1, (sc2tog, 4 sc)x6 (30 sc)
Rnd 3: (sc2tog, 3 sc)x6 (24 sc)
Rnd 4: (sc2tog, 2 sc)x6 (18 sc)
Stuff
Rnd 5: (sc2tog, 1 sc)x6 (12 sc)
Rnd 6: (sc2tog)x6 (6 sc)
Finish off 

Body:
The body is done in granny square with Rnd 18 setting up the square.
Continue on from Rnd 17 of the head
Switch to K hook(you may wish to gradually increase hook size after rounds, I to J to K)
Rnd 18: ch 3(counts as 1st dc), 2 dc , (ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc)x3, ch2, 3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc, ch 1, slst to top of ch 3 and then slst to the next ch space. (36 dc, 12 ch spaces)
Rnd 19-26: (3 dc, ch2, 3 dc) in each ch2 space and 3 dc in each ch1 space with 1 ch between them.
Switch to CC
Rnd 27: continue pattern
Switch to MC
Rnd 28: continue pattern,  finish off
